All of our flightcases are guaranteed for a maximum period of 5 years against faulty materials or workmanship.

In case of defects in materials or workmanship, Castle Cases agrees, at its discretion, to repair or replace a defective case without charge.

No responsibility is assumed for incidental or consequential damages, nor for damage to the case due to accident, unreasonable use, neglect, alteration or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Castle Cases reserves the right to amend the specification of any of their products at any time.

Delivery Advice:

Prices listed on our website are UK Mainland only deliveries.

For deliveries to N. Ireland, Ireland, Off Shore Islands and any other EU Country please contact our sales office for a quotation.

All of our cases are packaged securely and sent by either DHL or TNT and will require a signature on delivery.

Please check for any damage upon delivery as claims cannot be processed without signing the note - ‘Damaged’

Without this both ourselves and our carrier will assume the delivery was received in good condition.

The prices on the Castle Cases website apply only to orders placed over the Internet or by post or over the telephone. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Guarantee  - (Your Rights as a Consumer)

We want you to be happy with the service you get from us.

Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging, within 7 working days of receipt, and we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the goods ordered.

Where goods are not returned as faulty e.g. where you change your mind after shipment, the cost of carriage is non-refundable.

You are responsible for returning Goods to us in saleable condition before we can issue a refund.
